The 6-1 Douglas, who will play collegiately at Northwestern, led Briarcrest to the Division 2-AA state semifinals and a 27-4 record. A finalist for Miss Basketball in
Division 2-AA, Douglas averaged 17.4 points and nearly
11 rebounds per contest while shooting 49.5 percent from
the floor and 77 percent from the line.
